First-Aid for Apps
If an App starts acting sickly or just does not work, and you haven't changed anything on your device that might have been the cause, here are three easy things to try: (i) Open the Application Manager, select the sickly App, click on clear the cache, click on force stop, and then re-open the app; (ii) uninstall and re-install the app; and (iii) reboot the phone. If none of those work, and you did make a change that might be the cause, undo that change. If that does not work, do a search on The Google to see if others have the problem and might have a fix. If that does not work, either do without the App or consider a soft factory reset.
