Civil Rights in Keen Perspective

One of the last civil rights to be recognized is to not be discriminated against based on the State one lives in. Even Justice Scalia would have recognized that it was the original intent of Our Founding Fathers to embody this fundamental right within the penumbra of the 10th Amendment. [See Federalist Papers, passim] We in Arizona thank the New Yorker for putting this issue in sharp perspective.
