Group Contact List Creation in Outlook

If you are creating a contact group or adding to an existing contact group in Outlook with members already in your contact list or address book, it's obvious how to include each new member. But, suppose you want to create new contact group with contacts that are not in your contact list or address book and you don't want to put them in either anyhow. Here's what to do: Create the new contact group by giving it a name; copy the list of contacts you want to include in the new contact group; choose to populate the group from either your contact list or address book, which will then open; and then paste the contact list into the Member box and hit Okay. Your new contact group is fully populated without adding any of them to your contact list or address book.
