Gazpacho Prep Tweak
Our Gourmet Culinary Department is known for its relentless pursuit of perfection. To date, its gazpacho preparation said to microwave an ear of corn for 4 minutes, then run it under cold water, then put it in the freezer, and write yourself a post-it note to remember to add it to the mix. In a marked improvement, forget the freezer and dispense with the post-it note. Instead, after cooling it a bit under cold water, put it in a small tub thing filled with ice and cold water and leave in sink until cool. It will cool faster and there is no chance you'll forget to add it.
