If you have a Costco membership or are an American Airline Advantage member, you likely have a Citibank credit card for each. If you are signed up for daily and other security alerts, which you should be on all your credit cards, and are getting those alerts, you can stop reading now. But if you are not getting those alerts, it is because there is a glitch in the Citibank system. Although Level 3 of Citibank is aware of it, the email message center and telephone support center personnel are not, making it quite a hassle to report the issue and find out the problem is not with your email. Here's what to do: Ask to have a supervisor call you, and on that call, after explaining the problem, and all the trouble you've been put through, you should get upon request for a proper accommodation because you're not getting your annual fee's worth of service, a $40 credit on your card and 5,000 ff miles the first time you are put through this ordeal, and when it happens again, an additional $25 credit on your card.
