More Smart Products from CES 2017 and a Key Note on Smart Products

Two of the more interesting new smart products are smart lawn mowers (where all the maintenance stuff is tracked for you) and tool chests (which you can lock and unlock with your phone). But here's the real point, from now on, when you buy anything, it is wise to look to see if there is a smart versions of that product (whether it's a tool chest or a lawn mower or a cooking instrument or a shower head or a light bulb or ANYTHING). You might decide to pass on it in favor of a dumb versions, but you just might see where the smart version really does make sense. My new smart bulb for example for my front door is just wonderful, even if, in setting it up its schedule, it did not appear to be the smartest bulb on the tree.
