Scott's Generations (Phoenix): Not a Lucky Friday the Thirteenth

Although there are some exceptions (e.g., the matzoh ball soup), the food at Scott's is not that good. But that shortcoming is more than made up for by the generosity of the portions, the ease of getting a table, the lack of undue ambient noise, and the plethora of good/close parking. Unfortunately, as the Arizona Republic reported this morning (1/13), Scott's has been tagged with four violations, with the result that you might want to eschew the cooked potatoes, salmon, eggs, corned beef, tomatoes, lettuce, latkes, noodles, and meat packages, each of which is asserted to have had some storage issues.
