Getting a Fair Shake on a WSJ Missed Delivery

If your WSJ is not delivered one day, and you report it, they will extend your subscription by a day. But that is hardly fair given that the price to buy a print edition at a nearby Starbucks is $3, and you have to get there by 4:05 to be sure they're not sold out. If you send the WSJ an email or two or three explaining this unfairness, they will change the one-day extension to a one-week extension.
