T Cook's used to be a favorite restaurant for dinner and a most favorite restaurant for Sunday brunch. A couple of years ago, they changed chefs and menus and raised prices and lost some loyal customers. But a dinner promotion that runs through May just might be worth a try: For $20 (plus tax and tip), you get a focaccia and pesto starter; an entree choice of Maine lobster tortellini with baby artichokes and some greens or Valencia paella; and creme brulee for dessert. Don't go on May 9 though, because that marks some anniversary of theirs and whatever they're serving costs $59 per person, but May 5 might be a perfect night when everyone else is out celebrating Cinco de Mayo. Ole!
