Microsoft Customer Service for Outlook and Windows

If you have a problem with Outlook, although it's free, do not call Microsoft tech support. If you make the mistake of doing so, do not let them escalate you to Level 2. Failure to heed this advice could lead to spending over 10 hours on the phone across 3 days and having what started as an Outlook issue turn into crashing Windows, leaving you the only seeming choice of buying a new computer, until you had an idea to try one thing which, as it turned out, fixed all the problems in about 10 minutes, and allowed you to cancel your new computer order.
