Pho Thanh, located at 1702 West Camelback Road, is a terrific place for delicious Vietnamese food. The place is as informal as can be, the noise level is totally acceptable, the service is prompt, there are napkin dispensers on every table, the water goblets are large, the portions are generous, the parking (front and back) is excellent, and the prices are quite low.
