After meditation and tai chi, yoga is my favorite tension reliever. The reversible Manduka eKO yoga mat features a grippy, textured material on one side for extra support. The other side has a smooth, “sticky” polyurethane layer, which stays dry during even the sweatiest workout sessions. After regularly using this plush, natural-rubber mat for years, I have found that it stands the test of time, save for some fraying at the edges.
