There are advantages and no disadvantages choosing rechargeable Bluetooth mice and keyboards, especially for laptop users: (i) They are inexpensive (under $12 for a high quality mouse and under $25 for a high quality keyboard); (ii) no cords to connect; (iii) no toggles to plug in; and (iv) no batteries to worry about. If you travel with your laptop, it's easy to remember to pack the mouse and keyboard and not have to worry about extra batteries or toggles.
