I'm not a fan Ken Colburn, the founder of Data Doctors, because Data Doctors was (and if it's still in existence like still is) a rip-off. But his column discussing what Microsoft Copilot+ does and does not do in a PC provides an informative view that will help you decide whether to opt for it in your next PC purchase or avoid it like the plague. The big benefit appears to be its AI search function. The big drawback is the possibility that some of your cherished programs might not run on it.
