If you have an iPhone 6 or newer of a Samsung S6 or newer, or even if you don't, you really should take a look at switching to T-Mobile. Also, if you do so, take a look at buying your new phone through Costco. Here's the bottom-line: Making the switch and getting a brand new latest iPhone or Samsung phone could save you hundreds of dollars just in doing the switch, even more in monthly charges, and customer service and support you couldn't dream was possible.
