Text of Letter to the NYT: "I don't know what they should do, but the following is clear: Drs. Fauci, Birx, and other dedicated good people are showing up on the now daily Trump presser because Trump believes, and he just might be right, they and their presence are helping him with his ratings and his chance for re-election, particularly as Trump tells lie after lie after lie and they stand their smiling and then, when questioned, put spins on their answers so that he will not be enraged (or even understand what they just said)."
