Sometimes, you would like a web-page to keep refreshing, such as when you are looking to see if a vaccine appointment slot has opened up or say your portfolio holdings have updated. One way, aka your grand-parents' way, is to keep hitting the browser's reload button. The easier and better way is to add an extension to your browser (whether on a Mac or a Windows computer) that will let you set the page to automatically refresh every interval you set for it to do so. Just put "auto refresh" or "auto restart" (without the quotes) into your Chrome Web Store for The Google Browser or wherever you get the extensions for your browser and you'll be set. These extensions are free.
