Amazon might have just made a substantial change (at least in some places including Phoenix) to Amazon Fresh ordering. Until now, one could not remove an item from an order, but one could add an item up to the time the order was being packed. It now might NOT be possible to add to an order or perhaps there was a temporary website glitch that prohibited adding to an order. In that event, all that one can do is cancel the order, add the items back into a new cart (which can be done easily and automatically with two clicks), and checkout again. The drawback is that the delivery slot you had originally chosen might no longer be available. We did our best to have Amazon revert to its former practice, and just might have succeeded, because it now appears one can add items again to an order, and Amazon gave me a $25 credit for helping them see and resolved the problem.
