If you go to Rocky Point on a day other than Friday, you are likely to have no problem or wait at the border. Wearing a cool t-shirt (like with a Kafka theme) likely will amuse the border agents and reduce the inspection time from 2 minutes to under 1 minute. Based on a visual of the cars lined up to cross into Mexico on a Friday, the wait could be hours. Your guess is as good as mine as to how that bodes for returning from Rocky Point on a Sunday or Monday.
