This might be the most confusing name in the current lineup of Microsoft apps, and that's saying something. This tool has nothing to do with the Copilot app that's now part of Windows. Instead, it's the old Microsoft Office app, which opens the Microsoft 365 website in a dedicated browser window. If you click any of the app shortcuts there, it opens in your default browser, and if you actually use these apps from the web, you'll do just as well bookmarking a shortcut to office.com.
