iPhone Battery Issue

A December 21 blog post explained a supposed "fix" Apple had done in response to its software changed that slowed down older iPhones. Apple now has fessed up to the error of its ways, has issued an apology, and has offered to replace the batteries on affected iPhones for $29 ($50 off its standard battery replacement price).
