Sometimes, you might that your emails are not being pushed through on your phone or tablet. Open your email app and look to see when the last update was done. If hours ago, you know there's a push problem. Hitting Settings/Refresh will bring up your unseen emails but won't fix the push problem. Two things that should: (i) Check that your sync is on for your email account; and (ii) make sure you are not in power saver mode, which will shut down apps when not in use for a while (e.g., if you put your phone in airplane mode when you go to sleep for the night).
