If it arrives damaged or is defective in any way, you get a full refund with no return shipping charge and the item will be picked up at your house. But, if you want to return it because you don't like it, while you will get a full refund upon the return, and the item will be picked up at your house, you have to re-pack it and pay the shipping charge. They will not give you an estimate as to the shipping charge, but note that this item weighs 300 lbs.
Curious Note: If you ordered this item on September 22, here are the delivery options. The shipping is free for ground delivery, but there's a surcharge for the Expedited and Express options. Go figure.
