Pizza Heaven Bistro has a gorgeous website with beautiful pictures of its offerings. However, it's got some technical problems (which we have reported and our comments were received with great appreciation). Among them are these two: (i) while they serve three sizes of pizza, the largest size (the 16"er) does not show on the online ordering section of the website; and (ii) while it is supposed to let you order well in advance, the pull-down time menu doesn't let you order past around 12:15 pm. No worries, you can phone in your pickup or delivery order for all the items on the big menu and designate any time you want for delivery. So there's no mistake. Most important, the pizza was delicious. Delivery was right on time. Further, while we ordered a 16" pizza, what got delivered (with apologies), because of some screw up at their end, was a 14" pizza and 12" pizza.
PS: One can only imagine the amount of money they gained and didn't lose as a result of the fixes to their website prompted by us. You would think they would have at least have comped us a pizza. They did not. But, we did get 26" of pizza for the price of a 16" pizza.
