Sticky Notes is one of the most useful apps in Windows (and for phones and tablets). Sometimes they will seem to get "stuck" taking up the full screen with no apparent way to resize them. To make a full-screen Sticky Note revert to its normal size, either double-click or double-tap the note's title bar and drag the title bar down.
